Add and Organize Images

Before generating a report, you generally need to add the required images to the task list. If you need to directly generate a report file using images according to the report template, adjust the image order and groups in advance.

1. In Library tab, select one or more images from Local File, Quick Access, or Favorite folders, right-click, and select Report (or click Report tab ) to add the images to task list and jump to report tab.
2. Adjust the order of images and groups on the task list. Right-click to select an image or group, then drag it up or down to adjust the order.

   If you need to use a report template to batch generate image analysis pages, the order of images or groups on the task list determines the sequence of image analysis pages in the report.

3. Optional: Group images. Manual grouping and auto grouping are supported. See Images Groups for details.

   • If a page in the report template requires adding multiple thermal or acoustic images for comparative analysis, the images must be grouped for proper quick generation.

   • An image group can contain thermal images, acoustic images, or a combination of both. The image types within the group must match the requirements of the template; otherwise, the images in the group cannot be correctly imported.
