Acoustic Image Analysis

Acoustic analysis locates and analyzes partial discharge or gas leak in the acoustic image by viewing and adjusting sound source and image parameters. For gas leaks, cost calculation parameter and leak level can be further adjusted to analyze the leak cost. The analysis operations supported by different types of acoustic images are as follows:

Gas Leak Detection (LD)
  • Supports viewing basic information of the gas leak sound source, such as frequency range, sound source distance, etc.

  • Supports viewing Signal and FFT diagram.

  • Supports adjusting parameters such as sound source distance, system pressure, leak mode, etc., for secondary analysis of the image and leak cost calculation.

Partial Discharge Detection (PD)
  • Supports viewing basic information of the partial discharge sound source, such as frequency range, sound source distance, etc.

  • Supports viewing PRPD, Signal, and FFT diagram.

  • Supports calculating the possibility of specific discharge types and providing suggestions.

Acoustic-Thermal Image

The acoustic-thermal image can perform gas leak or partial discharge analysis according to the acoustic image detection mode. Its accompanying radiometric image provides the temperature distribution at the sound source location, helping to locate and determine if there is a gas leak or partial discharge phenomenon.
